D33P Search are currently partnered with a business based in Cleveland Ohio within the industrial manufacturing sector.
They are looking to hire x2 Inside Sales Reps to join their business.
Duties / Responsibilities:
- Conduct market research to identify potential leads.
- Utilize CRM software to manage and track leads effectively.
- Initiate cold calls and emails to generate new business opportunities.
- Qualify inbound leads and guide them through the sales funnel.
- Develop and deliver compelling sales presentations tailored to customer needs.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with both new and existing customers.
- Follow up with leads to ensure they are nurtured appropriately through the sales process.
- Address customer inquiries and resolve issues promptly.
- Prepare and send quotes, proposals, and contracts.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all sales activities within the CRM system.
- Monitor and report on sales performance metrics regularly.
- Coordinate with the product team to stay informed about product updates and enhancements.
- Provide feedback to the Product Manager regarding customer needs and market trends.
- Perform other duties as assigned.
Required Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Sales, Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong negotiation and persuasion abilities.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- High level of self-motivation and drive.
- Strong organizational and time management skills.
- Resilience in handling rejection and persistence in achieving goals.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience with CRM software (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot).
- Proficiency in using Microsoft Office Suite.
Salary: $58k + 25% Commission
Location: Onsite - Cleveland Ohio
Working Hours and Conditions: Core business hours are generally 8:00 am – 5:00 pm. However, this position may require work outside of normal business hours based on operational needs.
